Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your order number as soon as payment is approved.

Delivery Time

Standard international delivery takes 7-15 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. Estimates are guidelines rather than guarantees — customs checks can add time.

Any shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay, based on destination and package details.

Tracking

When your order ships you receive a tracking number by email. You can follow the parcel anytime on our order tracking page.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. International packages may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Check with your local customs office if you are unsure.

Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, email [email protected] with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund including shipping costs.
